IIA Programs

The right support begins with the right fit.

IIA does not place students into a generic tutoring package. We first consider the student's needs, current skills, learning habits, schedule, and program fit. Our core programs are structured around clear goals, consistent participation, and visible progress.

The first step

Inside the IIA Academic Growth Assessment

Almost every family begins here. The assessment is $75 per student and can be purchased on its own — you keep the findings and the written Individual Growth Plan whether or not you enroll.

Option A · Diagnostic only

$75 one time

For parents who just want clear answers. You receive the diagnostic session, the skill-gap analysis, the results conversation, and the written Individual Growth Plan to use at home, at school, or with any provider. No enrollment required.

Option B · Built into your program

$75 credited back

Enroll in the Homework and Accountability Club, a Growth Lab, the Academic Studio, or Premium 1:1 within seven days of your results conversation and the full assessment fee is applied as a tuition credit — so the diagnostic costs you nothing.

What it includes
  • Parent intake questionnaire
  • Review of grades, assessments, and work samples
  • Student diagnostic session
  • Strength and skill-gap analysis
  • Recommended IIA placement
  • Parent results conversation
  • Written Individual Growth Plan
How we do it
  1. 1You submit the request form and we contact you about availability.
  2. 2You complete a short intake describing your concerns and share any records.
  3. 3Your child completes a relaxed diagnostic session with an IIA instructor.
  4. 4We analyze the results against grade-level expectations.
  5. 5We meet with you to explain findings and recommend a program.
What you can expect
  • A calm, low-pressure session for your child
  • Plain-language findings, not test jargon
  • The specific skills we would work on first
  • An honest recommendation, including if IIA is not the right fit
  • No obligation to enroll

IIA will identify the student's needs and recommend the most appropriate available pathway. We will not place a student into a program simply because a seat is open.
