The Team behind IIA

Our team is small by design — every family works directly with educators who are invested in your child's growth.

Ahmaud Gabriele, CEO and Founder of Influential Initiatives Academy

Ahmaud Gabriele

CEO / Founder

As an educator, parent, curriculum designer, and founder of Influential Initiatives Academy, I have spent the last 7 years working closely with students and families and witnessing both their potential and the gaps that traditional academic support can leave behind. I founded IIA to give students more than help with assignments—I wanted to develop capable thinkers, confident communicators, disciplined learners, and purpose-driven leaders. My vision is to grow IIA into a faith-centered Christian microschool where rigorous academics are combined with financial literacy, career connections, leadership development, and real-world preparation—giving every student the tools to grow in school, work, life, and purpose.
