Giving students and families tools to grow.
Influential Initiatives Academy was built from a simple conviction: students need more than answers to assignments, and parents need more than vague assurances that everything will work itself out. Families deserve clarity, practical support, strong communication, and an educational partner committed to measurable growth.
IIA equips students with the academic skills, practical knowledge, leadership habits, and sense of purpose needed to grow into capable, responsible, and confident young people. We partner with families through faith-centered instruction, evidence-informed planning, small learning communities, and meaningful real-world connections.
IIA is building toward a Christian private microschool where students receive rigorous academics, individualized attention, financial literacy, career and entrepreneurship exposure, leadership development, and opportunities to apply learning through projects and experiences.
What guides our work with every family.

The school vision is being built in stages.
IIA's current academic-growth and homeschool-support programs are the foundation for its future Christian private microschool. The initial school vision is centered on K–8, with a separate Upper Academy homeschool-support pathway for grades 9–12 while IIA develops the systems required for a complete high-school program.
